Chrisloy Robinson

Chief Revenue Officer

Chrisloy Robinson serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for PROVEN Wealth, where he leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to accelerate revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence. In this role, he oversees sales performance, client acquisition strategies, and the delivery of tailored financial solutions to high‑net‑worth clients.
 
With more than 13 years of experience in the financial industry, Chrisloy brings extensive expertise in financial planning, investment strategy, and client relationship management. His leadership across senior roles in Wealth Management and Investment Banking has enabled him to cultivate strong relationships and provide customized wealth solutions that align with clients’ long‑term goals.
 
Chrisloy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance.

Trecia-Gay Clarke

Vice President, Plan Administration

Trecia-Gay Clarke is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Plan Administration Unit, which includes Pension Administration and Heritage International Scholarship Trust Plan Administration. She oversees the administration of pension funds and plan operations with a strong focus on exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. In this role, she works closely with regulatory bodies, consultants, industry practitioners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective fund administration, strengthen service delivery, and support business growth through client-focused solutions and continuous process improvement.
 
Trecia-Gay is recognized for building strong teams, fostering collaboration across functions, and driving high-quality administration practices that deliver value to clients and the business.
 
She has over 19 years of experience in the field of pensions and 2 years of experience in general administration. Her career spans companies such as Employee Benefits Administrator Limited and Victoria Mutual Pensions Management and includes 4 years of pensions regulatory experience with the Financial Services Commission. She is a Certified Change Manager with a certificate from PROSCI Methodology of Change Management. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of the West Indies.

Tanisa Samuel Hofer

Assistant Vice President, Private & Premium

Tanisa Samuel Hofer has over 20 years of exceptional leadership and sales experience in the financial and hospitality sectors. She is a dynamic leader known for consistently exceeding targets, mentoring high-performing teams, and driving innovative strategies for growth.

A graduate of the University of London with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Economics and Management, Tanisa has a strong analytical foundation and a deep understanding of wealth management. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing and post graduate certificate in Leadership from Harvard Business School. She is certified by the Jamaica Stock Exchange in Caribbean Securities Trading and is certified by the Corporate Finance Institute in Financial Planning and Wealth Management. Her expertise lies in building client trust, fostering collaboration between sales and marketing, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals.

Before joining PROVEN Wealth, Tanisa held senior roles where she led successful teams, developed impactful training programs, and contributed to record-breaking revenue achievements. Her passion for excellence, strategic mindset, and people-centred approach make her an invaluable addition to the Executive Leadership Team.

Taschelle Tulloch

Assistant Vice President, Operations

With over 20 years of experience in business operations, Taschelle is known for driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered measurable improvements in performance, helping organizations streamline processes and enhance team engagement.

Taschelle is committed to cultivating a positive, high-performance culture that encourages creative problem-solving and drives sustainable business results.

In addition to her professional achievements, she is committed to giving back to the community. As a Distinguished President of the Kiwanis movement, she actively contributes time and resources to local philanthropic initiatives, supporting youth development and community service.

Taschelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, majoring in Accounting, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School.

Monique Lawrence

Assistant Vice President, Risk & Compliance

Monique Lawrence is responsible for overseeing and maintaining a robust risk and compliance framework within the company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of the West Indies, a Master’s in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Technology and the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation. 

Her role includes identifying potential areas of vulnerability and developing the requisite corrective action plans to address any associated risks. She also provides guidance and support in relation to regulatory and compliance issues across the organization.

Aisha Barrett

Assistant Vice President, Asset Management

Aisha Barrett is a seasoned business professional, specializing in the areas of Portfolio and Risk Management within the Pension Fund Management Industry and holds the position of AVP, Asset Management.  With, more than 20 years’ experience in the financial sector, Aisha has managed billions of dollars in assets and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation with the CFA Institute, along with the Financial Risk Manager Designation, held with the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

Aisha also has a BSC. in Economics and Management awarded by the University of the West indies.

Allaina James- Brown

Assistant Vice President, Finance

Allaina James-Brown oversees the company’s financial management as well as pension and funds accounting, ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting, and robust control standards. She provides clear, reliable insights that support strategic decision-making and reflect the company’s performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
 
Prior to joining PROVEN Wealth, Allaina held several finance and accounting roles at Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited, part of Scotia Group Jamaica Limited. There, she developed deep expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance within a large, internationally recognized institution, building a strong foundation in best practices and financial services regulation.
In her role, Allaina leads the development and execution of finance strategies that enhance efficiency, compliance, and value creation. She plays a critical role in shaping financial direction, strengthening internal controls, and overseeing audit processes to ensure transparency and accountability across the organization.
 
Allaina holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of the West Indies, Mona, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). With over a decade of experience, she brings a disciplined, strategic approach to financial leadership and a steadfast commitment to excellence.
